Blue Haven Pointe is a luxury lake front rental home with 850’ private waterfront in a secluded private setting, a perfect gathering place for family and friends. Located on Lake of the Woods, 3 miles south of Bellaire, it is close to Torch Lake, Dockside Restaurant, Shanty Creek Golf Courses, Grass River Natural Area, Schuss Mountain Ski resort, Short’s Brewery & Turtle Creek Casino.

The home has 5 bedrooms, 4 full and 1 half baths, and sleeping for 18 guests in beds. Windows on three sides of both living areas greet guests with water views. Every bedroom has a water view, and the large master suite has a private deck and sunrise view. The dining room table seats 10, with additional inside and outside seating. Two magnificent fireplaces take center stage in the upstairs and downstairs living areas, and an outdoor firepit provides relaxation for those endless summer evenings. Two 65” 4k Roku TVs with YouTube TV include all major networks.

Blue Haven Pointe comes with two full kitchens complete with both indoor and outdoor cooking grills, and a family size electric griddle for pancake breakfasts and evening burgers. The kitchens provide two microwaves, two refrigerators, two cooktops, wine cooler, coffee maker and Keurig, with plenty of dishes in both kitchens.

Blue Haven Pointe comes with free use of 4 kayaks, a canoe, a pedal boat, and a private dock for fishing and swimming. Lake of the Woods has a public boat launch for smaller (not larger than 16’) boats. For larger water, Lake Bellaire boat launch is 5 minutes away with full access to Torch Lake. When ready to relax for the evening, return to Blue Haven Pointe and listen to the loons and eagles around the lake.

The large paved parking area can easily accommodate multiple vehicles, boat/RV parking and more.

Blue Haven Pointe has Starlink satellite internet.

With plenty of room, Blue Haven Pointe can host small weddings, corporate gatherings, or special birthday or anniversary celebrations.

Please respect posted speed limits on Tyler Rd and the 1 mile long shared driveway. It is also used for hiking, walking dogs, and nature walkers.

During the winter months, 4wd vehicles are strongly recommended in order to guarantee access to the home.

Simply and amazing property! We truly enjoyed our stay here. It felt like we were surrounded by the gorgeous lake, and the windows allowed us to soak it all in from sunrise to sunset. Kids and adults enjoyed swimming from the dock. We found numerous baby turtles on our kayak outings with all the provided gear. Well appointed kitchen, comfy beds, spacious rooms and lots of seating on the huge porch areas. A true hidden gem!

This place is incredible and we slept 14 comfortably! The view of the lake off the woods is amazing from the deck and there are only a few people on the lake. Plenty of cooking space with the two kitchens and grill on the deck, amenities in the garage for outside, and kayaks on the dock. The host, Nicole, is absolutely incredible and accommodating in every way! Don’t be afraid to ask a question. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This lovely home on Lake of the Woods was everything we could’ve imagined and more. The stay was beyond what any Airbnb we’ve stayed at before has been and the location was absolutely breathtaking! From impeccable views, a quiet and peaceful (and very remote!) area, and a super friendly and communicative host - staying here was an absolute dream! We had the fortune of hosting a small wedding here after talking it through with the host first and everything was perfect! This home has plenty of room for the guest limit and gives everyone enough space to really unplug and get away! The home was super clean and had everything we could’ve needed in terms of cooking needs and honestly everything/anything else! Towels, yard games, wood for the fire pit, kayaks and floaties for the lake, linens, shampoo in case you forget yours, and more!! Oh and the beds - hands down the best sleep we’ve ever had away from home that’s not at a hotel! If you’re thinking about staying here - DO IT!!

This place was outstanding because of the beautiful location on the lake and all its wonderful amenities . The views are amazing and the house is so spacious , comfortable and completely stocked with anything you need . They have 4 kayaks, a rowboat, pedal boat, floats and noodles so lots of people can go out on the lake together . That lake isn’t overly developed so it is a peaceful paradise . Our kids like to cook and there are two very well outfitted kitchens . We only went out to Shorts once for lunch. We would love to come back sometime and can’t recommend it enough . Nicole also gave us a later checkout which was really helpful and time for one last swim ! Our best Airbnb experience ever !

Blue Haven was exactly what we needed! Our family of 5 felt right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, very clean and had everything plus more to use. The space and rooms were huge and welcoming for my kids and us. The privacy of this place is incredible! You feel like you have the lake to yourselves. The views from every angle of the home were gorgeous and visible of the lake surrounding the home. We felt we were at a canoe/camp retreat. The private sandy beach area was great for our kids including the paddle boat we used. My son (6 years) caught his very first fish. : ) We used the smaller dock to swim off and just soak up the rays. This place is truly one of a kind! You feel like you’re on your own private lake and perfect if you like to sit out on the deck or around the fire pit. It feels very secluded but you are minutes away from all the Schuss and Shanty amenities. I would definitely come back!

Wow. Wow. Wow. We couldn't have been happier with our stay! The house was GORGEOUS - had everything we need...and then some! This was our first annual family trip. I'm so glad we chose this home. From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, the views, the decor, and the landscaping were breathtaking. The layout of the kitchens, upper and lower, made it easy for meal prep, serving, or snacking. We had 11 people and there was plenty of room for everyone. The host had all the amenities that we needed including dishes, silverware, shower and bathroom supplies, beach towels, wood for campfire and logs for the fireplaces. The instructions were simple and easy to understand. The memories made in the water on kayaks, fishing, and swimming will be shared for years. Our group would recommend this home and look forward to returning someday to make more memories.

The Blue Haven Point lodge is an absolutely beautiful house nestled back in even more beautiful surroundings. The house itself is amazing with spacious, open spaces and a beautiful deck. Both kitchens are fully stocked with plates and cooking utensils. The views from the property are picturesque . During our stay we saw plenty of wildlife flying or swimming past. Lake of the Woods is a serene setting for a paddle on one of the provided kayaks and also provided some good fishing opportunities as well. I can't recommend this place enough if you are looking for a place for a great getaway

We had a great time! The lake and cabin were surrounded by fall color, it was stunning! The fireplaces were perfect for the chilly weather, and we enjoyed the kayaks and paddle boat even though it was cold. The driveway is long and our maps app did not understand where we were going, but once you find it it is easy to remember. So close to Bellaire and everything in town. Plenty of parking. Highly recommend!

What a great house and lake! The house has truly amazing architecture and design. The inside & outside areas are beautiful and lots of places to gather in groups or get away on your own. Only thing I would call out in planning sleeping arrangements is that 2 of the full baths are in master bedroom so really not a lot of bathrooms where the other bedrooms are. We had an amazing time and hope to come back another summer!

Our family of 11, daughter, son, spouses, four grandchildren and one boyfriend, spent a wonderful week in Robert's house. The setting on a small, private and very quiet lake was fabulous. There was plenty of room for us to all to move about without feeling like we were on top of each other. The dining table was large enough that all 11 of us could sit down for dinner together. Another big plus was the second kitchen in the lower level of the house. It featured a small, restaurant quality griddle which we made good use of, and a charcoal fired grill which we did not use. Between the two kitchens there was plenty of refrigerator space. The house is really in the middle of nowhere which is nice. But be aware that families with small children might have bored children on their hands.

10/10, Would recommend this stay to anyone! First off, the home was completely spotless when we arrived. Every carpet was vacuumed, beds/bedding were spotless, kitchen and rest of home were impeccably clean. The amount of beds and bedrooms accommodated my family of 16, to include 4 children until 5 years old. (They loved the boat room!) There was so much to do! We brought our own paddle boards and used the hosts kayaks as well. Spent our days on the water and evenings on the porch or inside at the kitchen table. Its a beautiful home in a great location. Private and secluded but only 10 minutes to the nearest grocery store or gas station. The host was quick to respond to any questions, answered the phone immediately when I called and was just overall very helpful during our stay. I highly recommend this airbnb, it was the perfect getaway for a family vacation!
