Our family has been part of this community for generations, and some of our best memories were made right here: skiing at sunrise, boating on Lake Charlevoix, hiking trails that feel like second homes. We started Open Door Property Management to share a piece of that with you. First-timers, long-time visitors, last-minute adventurers—everyone's welcome! What is Your Check in & Check Out Time?

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM (may vary by property). This gives our team time to properly prepare the home for the next guests. Let us know if you need flexibility. We'll do our best to accommodate when possible.

Is There a Minimum Length of Stay Required?

Length of stay varies by property as well as season, please reach out if you have any special requests.

We had a great weekend staying at Nicole’s cabin! Plenty of space for our group. Great sleeping arrangements, very close to Boyne Mountain for all of the fun. The hot tub was clean and hot, perfect for relaxing after hitting the slopes. Thanks again!

Great place to stay! Our group went to Boyne mountain for the weekend and it was only 10 minutes to the hill and 5 minutes from Boyne city downtown. Beautiful view of lake Charlevoix. Plenty of room in the house and great entertaining space. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our second stay at Nicole’s place! The scenery just can’t be beat. The ski in/out was even easier this year than last with a groomed trail to the alpine lift right across from the cabin. The hot tub is amazing. There was plenty of room for everyone.

This is the perfect ski in ski out home. Many amenities, kitchen (and entire place) was well equipped with utensils, paper products, household items. perfect location on the hill with access to the Disciples 8 lift, free shuttle service through the resort, great sleeping room. Only 2 very minor drawbacks are parking - if more than 2 cars, you have to go to a lot that is a little tough to walk in the winter cold. We made it work with the shuttle/car pooling from that lot but I would not consider it walkable. Also the living room is a little tight for all group sitting. There is enough chairs/benches it just is more sitting than lounging. There is a living room in the basement if you want sectioned off living (like one for kids one for adults) but my group wanted to all be together so found the main room to be a bit tight, but definitely doable. Overall I would definitely stay in this again, the location , cleanliness, amenities are next level. We all agreed we will come back ag
